IGNI X Restaurant Interlude
Join IGNI’s Theo Clench and Michelin-starred Restaurant Interlude’s Executive Chef Jean Delport for an exclusive one-night-only dining experience on Monday 27th July.
Experience a multi-course tasting menu that brings together British, South African and French influences, served with a welcome drink and shaped around the very best seasonal produce.
Guests can expect signature dishes from both kitchens, including IGNI’s Tuna, Foie Gras & Shiso and Turbot with Lettuce Sake, alongside Restaurant Interlude favourites Rabbit Eats Carrot and Ryeland Hogget with Wild Garlic & Monkey Gland Sauce.
This marks the first event in At The Pass, a new series of chef collaborations celebrating exceptional food, creativity and hospitality.
