Chef’s Table - Coming Soon
From September onwards, on Fridays and Saturdays, our private dining room will become a chef’s table, offering you and your guests a front row seat to the immersive IGNI experience. The chef’s table tasting menu is guided by the chefs themselves, who explain the inspiration behind each course and highlight seasonal ingredients, sharing insights into the techniques used, such as fermentation, preservation, and cooking over flame.
Food enthusiasts and curious diners as well as those looking to impress clients or celebrate a special occasion are invited to enjoy the theatre of cooking alongside the refinement of carefully crafted dishes.
