Our Philosophy

At IGNI, fire doesn’t mask; it reveals. Produce is the foundation, with each ingredient meticulously sourced from the best growers, fishers, and farmers, and selected specifically for each dish. What we seek to create is a journey, where every course tells a story of origin and craft.

Menu development shifts with the seasons, opening the door to discovery for our guests, and creativity for our team. Complementing each occasion is a comprehensive wine programme, carefully curated to enhance the flavours of every dish.

Setting the direction for IGNI is Theo Clench, a Sussex-born chef with an enthusiasm for seafood sparked by his coastal childhood. With global experience and a Michelin-star restaurant amongst his achievements, his new home at IGNI in Mayfair is a place in which he can inspire the next generation.

Committed to bringing out the best in his team, Theo has brought together a group of passionate professionals across fire-led cooking, wine, and service, to create a place where food is elevated by fire, and memories are made by every guest.
